The Cardio fit silver sneakers workout is a fun aerobics class that is low-impact on the joints and body.

The Yoga workout is a relaxing class that is low-impact on the joints and body.  

This medicare silver sneakers workout routine focuses on a wide range of healthy exercises as it helps relax the mind, increase flexibility and core balance.  

Each individual has the option of increasing the intensity of the pose by furthering their flexibility.  

The Yoga class is considered to be low intensity as most of the poses can be completed with the help of a chair or sitting in one.   

Silver Sneakers Stability

The Stability workout is a safe and fun class that is low-impact on the joints and body.  

The workout routine focuses on your stability by working through a wide range of healthy exercises that help you with daily routines, such as; sitting down, standing up, and bending over.

This Splash medicare silver sneakers workout takes place in the pool as the name seems to suggest. 

It is a fun aerobics class that is low-impact on the joints and body performed in the safety of the shallow side of the pool so that non-swimmers can also participate. 

The workout routine varies from instructor to instructor due to the long history of water aerobics available to the senior community.

Most classes will include floats or kick boards to aid in maximizing the exercises effect
