What is something within the healthcare industry you want to fix? I would love to see health insurance become easier for everyone to understand. Let’s be honest—sometimes insurance paperwork feels like it was written in a secret language that only a handful of people speak! Many people I meet are unsure how their coverage works or what benefits they actually have. I’m passionate about helping simplify the process so people can feel confident and informed about their healthcare decisions. 

What do you do at Senior Benefit Services? I am an Insurance Representative and Agent in Hagerstown Maryland specializing in Medicare and supplemental coverage. My goal is to help seniors complete the “healthcare puzzle” by identifying and filling gaps in their coverage. Those gaps may include dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, and convalescent care protection. 

I also help individuals find comprehensive final expense plans to provide peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones. In short, I help our senior community navigate everything from health to wealth—and I consider it a privilege to do so. If you’re looking for guidance, I’d be honored to help! 

What do you like about working at Senior Benefit Services, Inc.? From the moment I walked through the doors at Senior Benefit Services, Inc., I felt welcomed and supported. The company truly has a family atmosphere where everyone is willing to lend a hand and cheer each other on. It’s comforting to know that whenever a challenge comes up, there’s an entire team behind me saying, “We’ve got your back.” 

What’s your background? My professional journey has been a colorful one! I spent 14 years in retail customer service and sales, where I learned the value of building relationships and putting customers first. Prior to joining Senior Benefit Services, Inc., I earned my Health & Life Insurance License and entered the insurance industry in April 2025. 

The transition felt natural because helping people has always been at the heart of what I do—only now, instead of helping someone find the perfect purchase, I’m helping them find the right protection and coverage for their future. 

What values drive you? I was raised with the Golden Rule: treat others the way you would want to be treated. Combined with my faith and involvement in my church community, that principle has shaped both my personal and professional life. 

I believe honesty and integrity are essential, and I strive to approach every interaction with humility, kindness, and transparency. My hope is that every client feels they can trust me to help navigate their healthcare and insurance needs with genuine care, clear guidance, and their best interests at heart. 

What activities do you enjoy when you’re not at work? When I’m away from work, you’ll usually find me spending time with the love of my life, our fur babies, and our family. I regularly attend XR Church and participate in several Connect Groups as I continue growing in my faith and community. I enjoy serving wherever I’m called and finding opportunities to make a positive impact. 

On a lighter note, I’ve recently discovered a love for board games! It turns out that a little friendly competition, strategic thinking, and laughing around the table is a pretty great way to spend an evening.
