Senior Benefit Services does not discriminate in its services, consultations, communications, customer support, website access, insurance guidance, plan comparison assistance, or other business activities.

Accessibility and Communication Assistance

Senior Benefit Services will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate assistance to individuals with disabilities so they can communicate with us effectively. This may include accessible electronic communications, written information in alternative formats, telephone support, in-person assistance where available, or other reasonable support when appropriate.

Language Assistance

Filing a Grievance

Please include your name, contact information, a description of the concern, and the date the issue occurred.

External Civil Rights Complaint

You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights if applicable. Complaints may be filed electronically, by mail, or by phone through the Office for Civil Rights.

No Retaliation

Senior Benefit Services will not retaliate against any person for filing a complaint, participating in an investigation, or opposing discrimination.
