What aspect of the healthcare industry do you want to fix? Many things within the healthcare industry could be improved. One that comes to mind is the accessibility and affordability of healthcare services. It would be amazing if everyone had equal access to quality healthcare without the burden of high costs.

What do you do at Senior Benefit Services, Inc.? In my role as a new business specialist, I ensure that all applications are promptly submitted for approval and keep track of them during the underwriting process to guarantee seamless approval.

What do you like about working at Senior Benefit Services, Inc.? I love the family atmosphere for sure! I also love that everyone is so helpful around here.

What’s your background? I grew up and lived in Frederick, Maryland for 19 years and moved to Williamsport, Maryland. I went to Frederick Community College where I earned my Associate Degree. Once I graduated, I left my part-time job at Bed Bath and Beyond and have been blessed to be part of an amazing team here at Senior Benefit Services since 2023.

What values drive you? I am driven by values like kindness, curiosity, and creativity. I love connecting with people, learning new things, and helping whenever I can.

What activities do you enjoy doing when not at work? I enjoy weightlifting, spending quality time with my family, Fiancé, and my pets, as well as traveling to new destinations.
