What do you do with Senior Benefit Services? I am an administrative assistant for Senior Benefit Services. My job is to field all incoming phone calls, schedule agent appointments, and do other office-related tasks.

What is your background? I have an extensive background in customer service, and years of experience as a first responder. I am in school to get my degree to continue my education in healthcare.
